&lt;STRONG&gt;Time: 5 mints&lt;/STRONG&gt;
&lt;U&gt;Ingrdients:&lt;/U&gt;
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
50 gm butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5-6 salami
4-6 eggs
salt &amp;amp; pepper
125 grated&amp;nbsp; cheddar cheese
&lt;U&gt;steps:&lt;/U&gt;
1. cut red &amp;amp; green pepper in finger length strips.
2. heat 50 gm butter and 1 tbsp olive oil add peppers and cook, stirring occasionally. cut salami into strips and add to the pan and stir well.
3. Lightly beat the eggs with fork add salt and pepper. Add to the pan. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
4. cook for 3-4 min until most of the eggs are cooked. Base should be golden and top still soft.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated chees on top. Place under a hot grill for 2-3 mins until bubbling and golden. cut into desired pieces.
