Casula Powerhouse invites artistic proposals from Muslim women artists and artisans for its new national project. 8 to 10 artists will be commissioned to develop a project over the next twelve months. The resulting artworks will be exhibited at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre NSW in February 2012.

We are holding a fundraising event for the Oxfam Pakistan Flood Appeal. The Mayor of the City of Canterbury, Cr Robert Furolo MP, has provided a $10,000 donation to the Australian Red Cross Appeal to help those devastated by the monsoon floods in Pakistan.

We are Grateful to Almighty ALLAH that with the support of the community EDHI Foundation Australia has collected and forwarded $200,000/- (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars) for the Flood Relief Fund in Pakistan, which will provide emergency relief and recovery assistance to flood affected Pakistanis.

We are pleased to announce that Abrar Ul Haq’s interview will be broadcasted from 4 radio channels in Sydney and Canberra. Please see the time and schedule for these programs in details of this message.
